UNE GROSSESSE HÉTÉROTOPIQUE SPONTANÉE AVEC UN ENFANT VIVANT NÉ À 34 SEMAINES D’AMÉNORRHÉE: A PROPOS D’UN CAS

RESUME:
Nous rapportons le cas d’une femme de 21 ans, nullipare, venue en consultation en urgence pour douleur pelvienne aigüe à 8SA. L’état général était stable et l’échographie pelvienne révélait une grossesse intra-utérine unique évolutive, associée à une grossesse extra-utérine rompue. Une salpingectomie droite a été réalisée en urgence. La grossesse intra- utérine évoluait normalement et la patiente a accouché à 34SA par césarienne d’une fille pesant 1790grammes.

SUMMARY:
We report here a case of an 21 years-old woman , nulliparous, seen at emergency consultation for acute pelvic pain at 8 weeks of gestation. Physical examination was normal and ultrosonography showed intrauterine pregnancy associated with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Salpingectomy was performed. Intrauterine pregnancy was still evolutive and the women delivered at 34 weeks by cesarean section.
